Description
The ICX449AK is an interline CCD solid-state image sensor suitable for PAL color video cameras.The sensitivity and smear are improved drastically through the adoption of EXview HAD CCDTM technology. This chip has a structure which supports progressive scan and provides the output block which operates in 28MHz rate, enabling output of the signal equivalent to the entire pixel counts independently in 1/50 seconds. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.By using those, noninterlaced progressive scan which supports moving picture and two types of signals which have different charge-storage time in the same field of interlacefield can be output.Ye, Cy, Mg and G complementary color mosaic filter, superior to light resistance, is adopted for color filter.The spectral sensitivity characteristics of EXviewHAD CCD are different from those of the currentCCD.
