Description
The ICX274AL is a diagonal 8.923mm (Type 1/1.8) interline CCD solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 2.01M effective pixels. Progressive scan allows all pixels' signals to be output independently within approximately 1/15 second, and output is also possible using various addition and pulse elimination methods. This chip features an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time which makes it possible to realize full-frame still images without a mechanical shutter. Further, high sensitivity and low dark current are achieved through the adoption of Super HAD CCD technology.
This chip is suitable for image input applications such as still cameras which require high resolution,etc

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AD9920A is a highly integrated charge-coupled device (CCD) signal processor for digital still camera applications. It includes a complete analog front end (AFE) with analog-to-digital conversion, combined with a full-function programmable timing generator and 19-channel vertical driver (V-driver). The timing generator is capable of supporting up to 24 vertical clock signals to control advanced CCDs. The on-chip V-driver supports up to 19 channels for use with six-field CCDs. A Precision Timing core allows adjust-ment of high speed clocks with approximately 400 ps resolution at 40.5 MHz operation. The AD9920A also contains six GPOs that can be used for shutter and system functions.
The analog front end includes black level clamping, variable gain CDS, and a 12-bit ADC. The timing generator provides all the necessary CCD clocks: RG, H-clocks, V-clocks, sensor gate pulses, substrate clock, and substrate bias control.
The AD9920A is specified over an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.

This dual-bit noninverting bus transceiver uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts any supply voltage from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The B port is designed to track VCCB. VCCB accepts any supply voltage from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. This allows for universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between any of the 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes. The SN74LVC2T45 is designed for asynchronous communication between data buses. DESCRIPTION
The LT3472(LBGC) dual channel switching regulator generates positive and negative outputs for biasing CCD imagers.
The device delivers up to -8V at 50mA and 15V at 20mA from a lithium-ion cell, providing bias for many popular CCD imagers. Switching at 1.1MHz, the LT3472 uses tiny, low profile capacitors and inductors and generates low noise outputs that are easy to filter. Schottky diodes are internal and the output voltages are set with one resistor per channel, reducing external component count. The entire solution is less than 1mm profile and occupies just 50mm2.
Internal sequencing circuitry disables the negative channel until the positive channel has reached 88% of its final value, ensuring that the sum of the two outputs is always positive. Separate soft-start capacitors for each output allow the ramp of each output to be independently controlled.
The LT3472 is available in a low profile (0.75mm) 10-pin 3mm × 3mm DFN package.
