1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 General Description
SQ909B-L is an economic backend designed for Digital Video Camera (DVC) applications. It supports CMOS sensors up to 3MP and OLED / CSTN / TFT panel interfaces. The processor provides all essential functions, including image processing to optimize the captured images/videos and playback in full screen with high performance. With the motion JPEG technology, the SQ909B-L can record continuous stream live video to VGAQVGA resolution as a Digital Video Camcorder (DVC). Moreover, the SQ909B-L can perform as a Digital Camera to support still image up to 3MP resolution with innovative technology, including higher boot-up and shot-to-shot speed, and supports 3-layer image overlap and 2D graphic based OSD. For audio applications, SQ909B-L also includes internal audio DACIADC with 12bit resolution. In data storage, SQ909B-L supports both SLC/MLC NAND flash(1) and SD/SDHC/MMC cards storage up to 16GB, and can be as a mass storage connecting to PC via USB 2.0.
