IMX111PQ是一个对角线4.60 mm (Type 1/4.0)背光型CMOS图像传感器，具有正方形像素阵列和大约。该传感器由3280*2464(含有效像素3296*2480)有源像素组成。采用柱并联A/D转换器实现高速处理，改变基本结构为背照式增强成像灵敏度和低噪声特性。采用了R、G、B三原色拼接滤镜。高灵敏度，低暗电流特性实现。它配备了可变积分时间的电子快门。它工作在三个电源电压:模拟2.7 V，数字1.2 V和1.8 V输入/输出接口，实现低功耗。本产品专为手机摄像头应用而设计。

1. General Description
IMX111PQ is a diagonal 4.60 mm (Type 1/4.0) back-illuminated type CMOS image sensor with a square pixel array and approx. The sensor consists of 3280*2464(3296*2480 including effective pixels) active pixels. Adoption of column parallel A/D converter realized high-speed processing and changing fundamental structure to back-illuminated type enhanced imaging characteristics including sensitivity and low noise. R, G, and B pigment primary color mosaic filter is emproyed. High sensitivity, low dark current features are achieved. It equips an electronic shutter with variable integration time. It operates with three power supply voltages:analog 2.7 V, digital 1.2 V and 1.8 V for input/output interface and achieves low power consumption. This product is designed for use in mobile cellphone camera application.
